Laser cut wooden business cards are a quick and easy alternative to traditional cards that can get lost in the shuffle. Plus (with the right amount of detail) they showcase the precise results you can provide with your laser.
For engravers, these cards can be made quickly and easily from endless scrap materials. For customers they are a sophisticated-looking and memorable way to establish their brand.
We used a 60-watt Helix with the following settings for the wood planks: 100% speed, 100% power for engraving, 30% speed, 60% power, 500 frequency for cutting.
For the veneer we used settings of 90% speed, 40% power for the engraving and 50% speed, 30% power, 500 frequency for the cutting.
Open the file sc_wood_card.cdr. Select the card(s) you want to engrave and personalize to fit your needs. Then, insert the wood in the laser.
Send the job to the laser with the correct setting for your machine and press go!
We'll send you a brochure, as well as engraved and cut samples created with the laser.
